So far so good!My first transaction on PDF filler. I would say that the passwords and pins are a little confusing for people. Also, brokers don't recognize PDF filler for authenticated signatures. They accept Docusign. I use PDF filler mostly for the ability to make my PDF files fillable and then I transfer them to Docusign. So I do find PDF filler VERY useful.

I just closed escrow on two homes, and the PDF filler allowed me electronically edit/sign/date all the forms necessary to sale and buy our properties. It saved a tremendous amount of time and paper because I saved the forms to my desktop and then returned the completed forms electronically.

I like how simple it is to navigate fields. The program is really good about identifying editable fields in all documents.
What do you dislike?
I think they can improve the downloading/saving function. There seem to be more steps than one would expect.

If you are looking for software that is simple and allows you to edit PDF files easily, this is your program. I feel the least amount of pain when renewing my subscription. For me, it is a must-have tool.

How do you upload and edit a document?
Open PDF. Open your scanned PDF format file in the program using the “Open File” button.
Perform OCR. Proceed to click “Edit”> “OCR” feature, select the “Editable Text” to proceed with the process.

Open OneNote and then create a new document.
Insert the scanned picture from your local drive by clicking “Insert” > “Picture”.
Once the picture has been added right click and select “Copy Text From Picture”.
Open a new Word Document to proceed forward with the process.
Can I scan a document and edit it?
How do I edit documents on Android mobile? Hold your finger on the screen, then move it to the place you want to edit. Then select the option to edit. If you are using MS-Word (and many other word processing programs, too), open the document and then save it as a PDF file.

Edit Word document online with Scarier To edit Word document online you can use any device connected to the internet. Just go to the Scarier web and upload the document you want to edit. Then fill it, sign it, preview it, export it and that's it.
