Misunderstanding between monthly & annual plans
I had to call twice because I did not understand the difference between the monthly and annual plan. Each time I called the person I talked to helped me with my misunderstanding. .

What do you like best?
The ability to change/save PDF files, the online signatures, the ability to delete unwanted pages in a PDF.

The auto "next" field selector thing...I figure out a way around it, it's just annoying.

DOCX files were introduced in 2007, so versions of Word that still generate DOC files can't open them; luckily, you can use a modern version of Word to convert your DOCX files into DOC files.
Is there a difference between DOC and DOCX?
Doc is the old file format system of MS Word while DOCX is the latest file format system of MS Word.
