Great. Had trouble logging in as I kept getting redirected to "PDFESCAPE". I'm not a computer person, but couldn't get here until I actually typed in your complete e-mail address. In other words, if I type in "PD" in my browser and "PDFFILLER" automatically appeared and I clikced on it, I was redirected to another website.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. That it looks professional, it is easy to use, and there are so many common templates to use which are always necessary, especially for a small business owner.
What do you dislike?
That it is always such a process to sign in if I am not at my home computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to complete my forms needed in a timely manner and saving time for me is ALWAYS beneficial. I am more productive.
