I changed my review because of excellent customer service. I had issues with the product that made the program unusable for me and was not happy with the cost. The forms are extremely easy to work with. In fact, they are easier to work with than the ones provided on the web site for the Courts. There is not a form I've needed that was not available through this web page, which is a huge plus.

Used for filling out electronic documents, easier than filling out documents manually and then having to scan them in order to email them.
Easier to use than adobe PDF, at a better price.
