I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. It has been pretty intuitive. Had some issues with a long 70+ page doc at about page 50 it was going blank. Help chat sorted me out telling me how to delete cache which sorted this.

What do you like best?
I have not used any other feature but editing the documents. it is so far to my satisfactory
What do you dislike?
when we need to have more than 2 files on the screen for editing by switching one from another to compare , i ound that i not able to do so, we have to close one and then open another another one, this will course losing the data and takes time ( that could be the possibility that features are there but i don't know how to use it at same time,

i usually use pdFiller to edit the shipping documents that are not in compliance with requirements that officials need for format of the documents , contents of the documents ,such as some information are missing as the documents

Excellent customer service and supportI recently needed to contact them for an issue I had and was helped by Shannen. I used their Live Support Chat, waited less than 1 minute and my problem was dealt with with in less than 5 minutes. Shannen was helpful, polite and made it easy. The fact that this took such little time, without hassle was fantastic. Excellent company to deal with!
