Great Service - Great Support Team
I used this service just once, but it was very easy to navigate the site and all of its capabilities. I thought I had canceled my subscription after I was done and forgot about it until I was charged the full annual fee. I reached out to them to see if I was eligible for a refund since I had not logged into my account in 29 days. They agreed to refund the charge and were very timely about it! I will use this service again if I ever need it again.

I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. Love this app very easy to use. I highly recommend for applications that require "fill in" sections, majority of us have terrible handwriting and there is nothing more annoying than explaining what you wrote. Also you want to ensure your application is submitted as quickly and efficiently as possible.
