Although I accidentally subscribed to the service for a long time (forgetting that I did) and the subscription was taking money out of my account, gilbie sorted this out straight away for me and made sure all the money from previous months was refunded to my account. Misappropriation of Assets originated from Investment Loan Account in FRAUDULENT
This is to inform the Public readers, that the property of 20 Glen Dhu Road Kilsyth 3137 Victoria Australia, in illegal documents from conveyancing from August 2019 and the amount with Realestate.com.au in forgery and fraudulent. The House has two living areas and commercial/residential road (corner) and the value posted for one living areas only. The person who deal with State Trustees Victoria Australia is for 40 years imprisonment.

The learning curve is not too steep. I'd feel more confident with it, if there was a way to save the document other than clicking DONE which closes it....it's better than the government forms I've hassled with!

It's good to have it and override feature added on
Smaller storage, clearer version, can override it, often use PDF format due to easier for storage, while others take too much storages
It's not free and commercialize product, so it can be personal use. It has limited features when it's not upgraded to an override version

What are the parts of witnessing a signature?
A signature witnessing does not require the signer to verbally declare anything to the Notary. The Notary identifies the signer, the signer simply signs the document in front of the Notary, and the Notary then completes the certificate confirming when the signature was made.
Does a signature need to be witnessed?
Not all signatures to documents need to be witnessed. However, if you have a legal document such as a mortgage or a Will the chances are that you will want a witness to attest to your signature. A witness does not have to read the document, but they must be present when it is signed.
What does it mean to have your signature witnessed?
Witnessing a person's signature on a legal document is an important step in ensuring the document is valid and enforceable. The witness is needed to confirm that the correct party has signed the agreement and no fraud has occurred, such as someone signing the agreement on another person's behalf.
Can anyone witness a signature?
Generally, the person you choose to witness a document should have no financial or other interest in an agreement. A neutral third party is someone not related to either party and who does not benefit from the document. A witness does not have to read the document, but they must be present when it is signed.
Is an Acknowledgement and witnessing a signature the same thing?
Like an acknowledgement, a signature witnessing requires the signer to physically appear before a Notary and be identified as required by state law. They key difference is that for a signature witnessing, the signer must always sign the document in the Notary's presence.
Does a loan agreement need to be witnessed?
There is no requirement to have a loan agreement witnessed as it is not a deed and therefore can be signed under hand as a simple contract. These may need to be witnessed as deeds. Powers of attorney may be needed if all the parties cannot be present at completion to sign the loan agreement.
Can you notarize a document without witnessing the signature?
In no jurisdiction would it be legal to notarize a document without the signing person present. It is impermissible to notarize the document after the person has signed. The entire point of having a notary is so that the notary can attest that the person who is alleged to have signed, actually did sign the document.
In which situation does a person who needs an Acknowledgement notarized not need to appear before a notary?
There are times when a signer urgently needs a notarization, but cannot appear in person before the Notary due to unusual circumstances such as a medical or family emergency. If this happens, some states permit the signer to sign the document in the presence of a witness.
