great except when i want to email something sometimes the other party can't view it as a pdf. i dont get why. I want an option to save my new document in my own hard drive but can't figure out how to other than emailing it to myself. add that option or help me find it.

Easy to use, unlike other fill and sign apps, it can tell the right size text. It can tell the what parts of the document requires the text. The variety of templates to use for common forms needed for most people. Also a generous 30 day trial A ++++

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Dear [Mr./Ms. Last Name]: Thank you very much for your time today [or yesterday or the date] to discuss the position of [job title]. I appreciate the opportunity to learn more about this job, and I look forward to discussing this position in person [on date and time, if the in-person interview was scheduled].
Thank them for their time and interest. Emphasize your interest. Be as specific as possible: say what parts of the job excite you and why. Enclose your resume and a cover letter to explain your motivation and outline your key selling points. Keep it short.
And without question, it is a must after each and every in-person interview. In today's profession, it is not common or customary for a candidate to send a thank you note to an interviewer after an initial phone screen. Nor do the vast majority of employers expect it.
When to Send the Email Ideally, you'll send the note immediately after the phone call. If that's not possible, aim to send your note within 24 hours.

Don't send a follow-up email two days after the interview if the hiring manager said it would be a week. Once the expected timeline passes, you can check in with a follow-up email. If you don't know the timeline, it's usually safe to send an email a week after the phone interview.
If you receive a phone interview request via email, you should respond via email unless otherwise indicated. Follow a script similar to the one used for a phone reply, except for your introduction. Start your reply with a “thank you” for the opportunity. Restate the position and confirm the time.
Thank the hiring manager for letting you know their decision. Express your gratitude for their time and consideration. You can directly mention contact you've had with them, like a phone or in-person interview. Tell them you appreciate the opportunity to learn about the company.
