Business Consultant This is great to be able to complete a form while out of the office as well as to keep the office green. The only drawback is that sometimes the area that you "filling" does not line up. Not really that big of deal though.

My document looked perfect when opening it with a browser after editing it, but there were some artifacts in the transparent background of the signatures when reading it on Adobe Reader (alpha channel problems, I believe). Maybe it was a problem on my end, I don't know.

I was looking for a PDF fillable DS11 Form for passport renewal and found this product. It did everything I needed and more. I wish this had been around before I retired. Takes handwriting errors out of the game when submitting government forms.

pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to... pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to navigate. I love the fact that a function stays the same until you change it, eg. a font size and format. However, I would like the option to use all the Fonts that I have installed on my own computer. When a page is duplicated, I'd love it if the 'changes' made to the original using pdfFiller, could also be duplicated rather than simply a duplication of the original document. I also can't seem to find a way to cut and paste text to apply it in a different area of the document, which means that the process of replicating a change is more time-consuming, but this could be my current unfamiliarity with the software. I was impressed that within a couple of hours of use, I was offered the option to attend a webinar to improve my understanding.

The basics to include on a receipt include the customer's name, date of the payment, description of purchase, amount of purchase, invoice number, and your signature.
The name and address of the business or individual receiving the payment. The name and address of the person making the payment. The date the payment was made. A receipt numbers. The amount paid. The reason for the payment. How the payment was made (credit card, cash, etc)
To fill out a rent receipt, include your name, the tenant's name, the property location and unit, the amount of rent received and the period being paid for, then sign and date the receipt.

Include your business name, address and contact information. Include a “Date” section and input the date you receive the rental payment. Input a “Rental Period” section, and input the dates that the rental payment covers. Create a section for “Payment Amount” and “Payment Type.” Fill out accordingly.
Write down the payment method and the customer's name. On the last line of the receipt write the customer's full name. If they paid by credit card, have them sign the bottom of the receipt. Then, make a copy of the receipt and keep it for your records and hand the customer the original receipt.
Type or hand write a receipt for any money accepted or given. Date the receipt and state the name of the person giving money, the amount and the name of the person who is receiving it. Use an ink pen (nonerasable) to create the receipt or print the document from your computer — never use a pencil.
The correct product or service that you are buying. The deposit amount payable. The balance payment schedule and date. The delivery date of the product or service.
