It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... I checked out their pdf software, it's truly great, I liked it and I was ready to buy a year subscription, but all these bad reviews on line about this company made me nervous. However I signed up and now I am pleased to work with it

I had cancelled my subscription but it had not gone through and was charged. I explained this to the customer support team and they helped me very nicely and gave me a refund. It was efficient and very understanding!

Good overall experience
pdfFiller does have a robust feature set for all document needs and the user interface was pleasant to use and mostly intuitive.
I believe that a market for single users is far less likely since a normal user would not require most of the features that pdfFiller has to offer and they would probably not use the paid version.
I would give 5-stars but you have to sign up in order to download your PDFS/Docs, i would recommend that you allow at least 2 Docs to be edited and downloaded before requiring sign-up.

Honest business practices
Like many other online products, they make it VERY easy to sign up, and not so easy to cancel. But once I found the correct place, they did allow me to cancel and refunded my money quickly. While the product did not fit my needs, the company appears to be legitimate and honest.
