PDF filler seems to be very useful. Is/was slightly difficult to figure out but once understood is fairly easy to use. Unfortunately the price is too high for those of us on fixed income. Is there anything lower cost for disabled seniors? Please?

I just started using it today
I just started using it today. So far, I am very happy with it. I was able to use the draw feature to sign where I needed to, how I wanted to without using the "sign" feature.

It's diffcult to make some changes or fix mistakes. I have notice that it is had to find a blank form. So if you need to file say 2 941 forms. I couldn't just choose another 941 form from menu. I had to use one of my saved forms or let the site and choose to file 941 and log back in

The actual service platform is fantastic, but their customer support is also top notch. One of their service agents, Kara, took care of an issue I was having within moments, and all done in an incredibly friendly and professional manner. Kudos to Kara! ;-)

How do you draft payroll?

How do you write a payroll procedure?
Describe how employees document and submit time. Go through the actions as you write. Write how to calculate employee wages. Discuss how to make payment adjustments. List payment schedule.
What are the steps in the payroll process?
Step 1: Establish your employer identification number. Step 2: Collect relevant employee tax information. Step 3: Choose a payroll schedule. Step 4: Calculate gross pay. Step 5: Determine each employee's deductions. Step 6: Calculate net pay and pay your employees. Step 7: Keep payroll records and adjust to mistakes.
How long does it take to be added to payroll?
If you're recording time worked manually, you may need to spend 15 to 20 minutes adding uptime on each employee's time card to determine the hours they worked over the time period such as one week, 15 days, and so on. That may take you several hours or a full day if you have more than a handful of employees.
How do I adjust payroll in Hero?
In the Payroll menu, select Pay employees. Select or create the pay run you want to add the adjustment to. Click the name of the employee to open their payslip. Under Employee Taxes, click Add. Select the manual adjustment type. Enter the Amount you want to adjust. Save the payslip.
How do I amend payroll in Hero?
In the Business menu, select Pay run. Click the approved pay run you want to edit. Click Next to move to the review step. Click the Net Pay amount for the payslip you want to edit. Select Payslip Options, then select Edit. Click Continue and update the fields as you need.
How do I correct a payroll error in Hero?
Revert the pay run to draft. Correct the mistake. For example, you can adjust an employee's pay. From the draft pay run, click Post Pay Run, then click Yes to confirm. To file the pay run with STP, click File, then click File now. Pay your employees.
How do I process back pay in Hero?
In the Payroll menu, select Pay employees. Remove any existing draft pay runs in the period you want to use (you can only have one pay run for each pay period). Click Add Pay Run. From Select a pay period, select Unscheduled pay run. Select a pay calendar and a pay period.
