Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. I thought this would be to costly per mo. for my use. When I went to cancel I was offered a 75% discount to stay for another yr. That will certainly give me time to see its use.

like the program overall. It took me longer than I anticipated to learn the navigation. Must have taken me like 2 hours just to find the forms catalog on the main screen.

Very Satisfied and excellent customer service. After a charge dispute, the error was fixed immediately. Then had a print problem and that problem was corrected before I could explain to CS. Great service!!!!

I wish it wasn't so expensive...I'm still on the free trial right now but this app is great. Maybe offer like a college student pricing? I know us kids in college cant pay $40 a month for it

Easy and economical
I have used it to create and edit pdf documents for over 10 years now.
Its ease of use. I tried it after a web search when I needed to do some general edits and create some pdf files and I didn't want to spend a ton of money for Adobe. This program was just the ticket. It allows me to insert/extract pages, rotate, create from other programs, and do some minor edits. Fantastic and powerful... easy to configure and use.
Can't say that there was much I didn't like about the software at all. I continue using it even when I worked for a company that purchased Adobe because it was easier to use.

The product is super easy to use
The product is super easy to use, from creation until the document is saved. I used it continuously for 26 of the 30 trial days and will definitely resubscribe going forward. I rate it as the best of its kind.

Simplified accuracy !
pdfFiller simplified and shortened the length of time; when I needed to complete filling out pertinent documents.
My first experience with pdfFiller was when I had to do taxes. All the technical difficulties with filling out tax documents no longer existed.
There are no Cons to specify, except my fears that this app is a "too good to be true" app. If you knew that before this app came along, PDFs were untouchable and un-editable.
