I used their services for 1 year, all great services and does exactly what you would expect. Also they are very fast to respond to customer's emails.

I have tried many PDF editors and to be honest this has the best user experience and least learning curve. I will recommend to others. The pricing is good and the fact that paypal is an option is awesome. Others only accept credit cards.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. What do you like best?
PDF Filler helped me when I inherited a bunch of learning material that referenced outdated case studies and I needed to update for class. Because I didn't have Adobe or photoshop, this was a great alternative to help me quickly update the decks. Erase text allowed me to "white out" the outdated information without compromising design quality.
What do you dislike?
If you are adding text and trying to use text box, it will show a box around what you replace. When using the text feature to replace text, of course, you won't have an exact match unless you know the current document's font and size. Nonetheless, PDF Filler makes it easy to drag, drop and align so that you'd have to really stare at the document to notice the differences between the original text and your replacement text.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Needing to edit PDF's that were previously created, and provided no access to the original version. Better ease of use//less learning curve than Photoshop. Cost-friendly alternative to Adobe.

Great Customer Service!
I hadn't realized That I was getting billed, and for 9 months, I was paying for a service I only used once. Ryan helped me over the customer support, and helped me find the email I had used (it wasn't my main account), and helped me cancel the subscription for a full refund. He was super nice about it to, so I figured I'd review him.
