Being able to use pdffiller has been a lifesaver in so many ways: neatness, conversion of files, time saver, etc. I am a high school English teacher, and I also raise miniature Australian shepherds and quarter horses; with pdffiller, filling out forms online and being able to save them and/or fax them has saved me time, given a more professional look to my papers, and actually improved my productivity in different areas of my work.

I received some paperwork that needed to be signed and sent back to sender in a timely manner. PDFfiller was the only way I could do this. I had no access to a printer or fax machine. I'm trying to learn all of the use of the PDFfiller. I am currently trying to learn how to download some of my saved papers and sign them, then send them out. I forgot how I did it yesterday.

Had a problem with being unable to save a document. However Sam
on the chat line was very helpful (although we could not recover it) and suggested changing the input from javascript to 'flash'. I have now managed to save it.

What do you like best?
Easy to use but comprehensive options for editing. Quick and efficient which is important with time sensitive docs and a busy life. Some recent new features tells me the company is progressive. I was having technical difficulties one day and support was responsive. I've tried numerous PDF/Editing programs. and this is by far my favorite. It's web based not some ap that you have to download that later crashes your computer. Can access it from any PC so that helps too.
What do you dislike?
The price is substantially more that I'd like to see. Takes a bit to save file to PC once done editing. can be a little slow at times but still a reliable tool I use at least weekly if not daily. Something in the $50 range would be delightful and it's well above that currently. Maybe efax for this price I have not used the esign feature yet so maybe will try that given our member benefit program is lapsing.

Quick way to edit and correct documents. Easy to save and access later. Lots of options for composing sending and revising. I only use basic functions but there are several ways to use this valuable tool beyond the features I use that exceed other competitors.

on here we need to take a look at some of the properties that go along with them because I want to show you a few things if I click on preview right now if I type something in here it might be a big font and continue to get smaller and smaller the more I type I probably don't want that I want to probably set the font and the type size and make sure that it stops when it gets to the end instead of getting a dinky font then I have this paragraph text that I went over the top of something so I probably need to make the background white to white out whatever's in the back and when a person types here and wants to hit hit the enter key and go to the next line nothing happens because this is not set as multi-line text so how are we going to fix these these items for stuff I'm going to clear out what I put in the preview and then I'm gonna go back to edit and I'm going to either double click or right click and go to properties and in here I'm gonna take a look at every one of these so first off do you want your form field visible do you want the blue showing yes I want people to be able to see where the form fields are under appearance this is where I can change instead of auto on the font I can say 10-point font and I can choose a font I want to make sure that I don't choose funky Munky chunky Phong because other people's computers might not have that Arial is pretty Universal on both Mac and PC so I'm going to choose that text color black position I don't pay too much attention to but underneath options I will allow them to check the spelling I don't want to scroll long text that means that if they type multi lines here I'd have a scrollbar and then if I print it out this form I wouldn't see anything below the scroll this is not a multi-line item but I do want to allow rich text formatting that means they can bold and italicize things I could also limit this to a specific number of characters people don't type on forever and are succinctly ran sirs there are several other things up here that you can do you can add actions you can format percentages numbers time that type of thing you could even set a calculation to happen if they typed in a certain number or and validate their answers so again the important things I think here underneath general its visible you can also make this required so that they would not be able to save the form until they ant answered that particular question so most of them I do require if it's a form what do I want my font and size and then if I want a border color around this or a fill and then the options for the check spelling and do you need multi-line or allow rich text so let's go down to this one because this one again I double click or right click to properties this one in particular I want to make sure that I've got a specific font size and again I would choose Arial because it's very Universal font so and in this case I do want to fill this I don't want a box around it but I do want it white to white out that and...
