the features are good, but the interfaces are a bit clunky.
For example creating document sub folders wasn't as intuitive as other applications. Additionally there are some documents I would like to move to Trash, but once it been sent out for E-sign it appears it can't be trashed, so I had to move them to a folder.

pdfFiller is a useful PDF editor and e-signing tool
pdfFiller is a very easy tool to use if you find yourself needing to sign or edit PDF documents, but don't want to spend a lot of money on more expensive software.
I appreciate how easy pdfFiller makes it to electronically sign documents or edit and convert PDF files. The instructions are easy to follow and within minutes you can merge, split or sign documents without to much effort.
All in all I can't complain about the software. There were a few instances where I would download my signed document for it to turn out completely blank (in the free version), but then I'd just download it again and that usually solves the issue.

I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have said from the first that it was a trial, I do not remember being told that It would cost me, but that's ok, I filled out and printed 3 N-311 Hawaii forms, which printed 5 sheets, I will gladly pay for them, but I do not want to continue my subscription to pdfFiller. I don't think I will ever need it again, but I do thank you for being there when I needed you.

How do I save a PDF without changing the font?
Save Word as PDF without Changing the Font Step 1: Open your Document in Word. Fire up Microsoft Word, click on the File menu, and click Open to open your desired Word file. Step 2: Choose the Save As option. Go to the File tab once more and click on the Save As option. Step 3: Choose PDF as the preferred file type.
How to keep the same font when editing a PDF?
How to Edit PDF with the Same Font Go to Edit Mode and Choose Edit Type. Go to the "Edit" menu and then switch to "Edit" mode. Within Edit Mode, the font used in the PDF document will be automatically identified. Select the Text and Start Editing. Choose the text you want to edit and start typing your changes.
How to edit a PDF without changing the font?
Click Settings to make changes in Layout Settings. Click Retain Flowing Text, which will keep the same formatting but change the layout. Now click Retain Page Layout to also retain the layout of the PDF file in Word. You can also choose whether you want to include the images and comments, then click OK.
