Easy to work with and fast responding time. I did not use it as much as I thought, and thought I had canceled it but apparently did not. They helped and refunded the money without question in a very quick time.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. The filling of the spaces in blank when there are squares are a bit tedious. One has to center the square and it is not always neat and aligned with the other characters one enters. It is slow.

I use pdfFiller to quickly complete forms. It even has my signature saved so I can sign the document at the end. Since I type much faster than I write, I prefer pdfFiller rather than printing and filling out forms my hand.
It makes completing forms much easier without having to print and fill them out by hand,
I have no issues with pdfFiller. It works well for me.

I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour.
