Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. Great online pdf editor. Should have more features in personal level, a bit annoying to not be able to perform basic functions such as erasing sections of a document or deleting pages in a commercial, paid product. That is my only complaint though. Great software otherwise.

Good except I have trouble figuring out how to pull up forms and save them with a different name after filling them with new information so I can save them all.

I felt very mislead, I entered a lot of info onto a form and was only told when I tried to print there was a charge. There was a monthly charge shown but when I selected the monthly option the cost suddenly shot up

I am happy with the selection of forms, but it could be easier to locate forms I need to complete. Also, your connection is pretty slow. I thought it was my internet the first couple of times, but the connectivity only takes eons when trying to access my docs on your site.

such an amazing site!! I love PDFfiller.com!! it makes editing forms so simple and easy! I would have rated 5 stars but I have a difficult time using it on mobile devices.. other than that it is the #1 tool I go to when I have to edit or even FIND a document using the search tool! when I finish a document I can send via TEXT, eMail, Fax, WhatsApp and so many more!! or I can just print or save for later. Thank You So Much for this wonderful site! I recommend this to anyone and everyone!!

Paul was fantastic
Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. I am extremely grateful to him for resolving this issue.

I think PDFfiller is a good product. They have so many features, it just take you a little while to get around. I will recommend this product to anyone.

I like that I can fax documents without having to have an actual fax number

There isn’t much to dislike about PDFfiller. I like everything it has to offer.
