I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. The service works well and is very convenient, however I was disappointed by the way I was able to complete an entire form but was not advised it was not free until the form was completed after spending a couple hours working on it. Since this is a pay service, the consumer should be advised immediately upon accessing any forms on an internet search. In order to preserve my work, I had no choice but to subscribe. Perhaps you should market a new service that charges by the document. I would have gladly paid for that up front. The service itself works very well.

I worked fine except when I tried to print from you size and then it would not print full size. I had to download it to get it to print the correct size.

It takes a minute to get use to but I think I'm getting it. Trying to use to send files to the government.
I was trying to figure out how to just save a pdf filled out.... there are so many pop up windows.

For doing signatures electronically this is fantastic! As a transplant patient, it's not a good idea to leave the house during this corona virus time, so this work as a great method to get this done.

Interesting product the pdfFiller. I would like to learn what else I can do with this software. The new look for the PDF is wonderful but I don't know if I would be able to use the old PDF from Microsoft. It seems I just paid my Microsoft subscription. It seems that the PDF is a software of it's own and doesn't come with the Microsoft Tools.

What do you like best?
PDF Filler helped me when I inherited a bunch of learning material that referenced outdated case studies and I needed to update for class. Because I didn't have Adobe or photoshop, this was a great alternative to help me quickly update the decks. Erase text allowed me to "white out" the outdated information without compromising design quality.
What do you dislike?
If you are adding text and trying to use text box, it will show a box around what you replace. When using the text feature to replace text, of course, you won't have an exact match unless you know the current document's font and size. Nonetheless, PDF Filler makes it easy to drag, drop and align so that you'd have to really stare at the document to notice the differences between the original text and your replacement text.

Needing to edit PDF's that were previously created, and provided no access to the original version. Better ease of use//less learning curve than Photoshop. Cost-friendly alternative to Adobe.
