Everything is easy to use
Everything is easy to use. I was having some issues faxing and got a quick response from support. Other than that great experience so far. It would be cool if I could request documents from clients where they can upload and it would go to my docs in pdf filler.

It took a while to get used to and I had to have several chats with tech support over several weeks. I subscribed, but I still ended up with a free account that I had to get them to delete. I had to check my login box to ensure I was in my subscription account.

Trustworthy
I urgently needed something to edit pdf and nothing else was working on library pc. I gave it a try, doesn't have all features I needed so I aksed for cancelling subscription which was DONE INSTANTLY! Very good support. Thank you, good luck for your bussines.

We have had a service application on line for several years. People have been printing, handwriting the answers to our application and emailing it back. I just received back my first fillable application and I love it. It is legible and all the answers appear where they are supposed to no more writing up the side of the page because of the limited space for answering.

Are DNRs legally binding?
Before it is legally binding, the DNR must be signed by a physician as well as notarized by a notary public. Once these steps are completed, your document can be recognized by the state. A properly completed advance directive or DNR form can then be given to all parties, including MedicAlert Foundation.
How binding is a DNR?
If a valid DNR order exists, that order and the patient's wishes will be followed, unless there is substantial question about the accuracy or validity of the document. Patients have the right to make their own decisions.
What makes a DNR invalid?
In summary, the minimum requirement in order for a DNR form to be valid is the valid signature and date of the patient, or of their legally recognized healthcare agent in the event that they are incapacitated or otherwise unable to express their wishes. Second, the form must be signed off by the attending physician.
