At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then
submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to
choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but
the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list.
This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

I lost you.... I found you then I tried to get a refund unable to figure out your site.... I tried for months you can see it was never used, CHASE tried to reach you...long story you had popped up I never noticed the name of this when I crashed that was it... I have all of the old emails off a hard drive on a back up device... I might re sign but 30 days is not worth losing 72.00 I dont use this much most of my forms are already loaded not sure yet I have become further disabled trying to recover back then your chat did not work nothing....

IT HAS SOME TREAKY THINGS AND AT SOME POINT IF IT IS NOT PRINTED OR SAVE BEFORE HAND, YOU HAVE TO REPEAT THE WORK ALREADY DONE. IN THIS CASE, HAS BEEN A LITTLE UNPLEASANT SITUATION AND WASTE OF TIME, IT SHOULD HAVE SOME AUTOMATIC SAVING, AS IT OCCURS IN WORD.

PDFiller is a must have .
PDFiller is a very easy to manage . I benefit from it cause it not only has what you need but you can save and reference back to it by just a click of a button and I also like how you can customize it your personal liking .
I work for family practice and I am always utilizing PDFiller . Looking for a form or needing to reference back to one PDFiller makes it so easy I love it . It's simple , quick and if I ever had any questions there customer service is always standing by to help .

It edits pdf that other application or websites cannot do.It is convenient to make multiple pdf documents.I like the idea that i can also sign any document using pdffiller.

How can I apply for access a ride?
To apply for AAR, you must call AAR Eligibility (877-337-2017, option 1) to schedule an appointment for an assessment. Around five (5) days after you call, you should get an appointment and an application in the mail. Bring your completed application to your appointment.
How do I apply for access transportation?
Tell us about you: Call us to schedule an appointment at an assessment center, to determine whether you are eligible for AAR services. Call 877-337-2017 to complete an inquiry with our Call Center. Complete the application form. Attend your physical assessment. A decision on your qualification will be mailed to you.
How do I sign up for access transportation?
Contact Access Customer Service If you never received an ID number, you can: Apply for an ID Number Online. Call Customer Service at 800-827-0829 (Option 1) TDD 800-827-1359.
How do you qualify for access a ride?
You are eligible for Access-A-Ride if you have a disability that prevents you from using the public buses or subways. We will review your application, any medical documentation you provide, and ask you to undergo an individualized assessment.
Where do I apply for access a ride?
To apply to Access-a-Ride, call and speak with Eligibility to schedule an appointment with your local assessment center, which they will inform you on the location. Once you make an appointment, AAR will send you an application in the mail within five days.
How much does it cost to ride access a ride?
Access-A-Ride, which the MTA took over from the city in 1993, provides cars and vans equipped with lifts. Approved customers book trips in advance and pay $2.50 per ride the same price as a subway fare while the MTA pays $67.33 on average per trip.
Is Access a ride free?
AAR fares are the same as full fare on public transit. Show the driver your AAR ID card or AAR Microcard or any photo ID and pay the exact fare as you board the vehicle. Your vehicle will not depart unless you and your guest(s) pay the fare. Only PCA's ride free of charge.
How much do access a ride drivers get paid?
Salary: $14.00 to $17.00 /hour.
