Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Good experience but unfortunately, I don't need this product at the moment so I will not be renewing my subscription. If I decide to work on taxes in the coming year, I will subscribe.

First time user. It was fast and easy to learn. I hate doing govt forms and this was so simple to use and completed what takes me hours in mionutes.

Easy to use
Easy to use. Has an issue with locating my document on my device when done. Took a few minutes to find it in downloads instead of documents.

I love the PDF Filler. The only thing I don't like is the fact that when editing the font changes from the original font on the form that I am trying to edit.

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to use and all my documents are automatically saved. This has increased my productivity so much being able to combine documents and have people sign.
What do you dislike?
There are a few steps to save, print, or download to your local desktop which can be a little time-consuming. But I also appreciate that it verifies with you that the correct function is happening.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The ability to edit and few pdf documents. I really like that pdf's can be combined and shared. There's so many functions of pdf filler that is so helpful to help me be more productive.

Very useful! What I most liked is the signature with verified by PDFfiller. There are couple of times I cannot edit properly but this should be how the pdf file was created. For example, to change page number, I wasn't able to do this properly so end up sending my forms as they were.
