What do you like best?
I love that I can make any document filler-friendly. My handwriting is atrocious. I've completed applications, tax forms, and more. I love that I can move my text around. Love that I can easily insert check marks.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes I struggle a bit with saving my documents. I sometimes want to save one as a blank and one as a completely filled form.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes! It will make your life easier!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's so easy to change a document I might have goofed up! I can make the change and reprint. Done. It's been a huge timesaver for me. I can prefill certain parts of a form I have to use over and over which saves time.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Among the states that require written leases, valid ones must include a description of the property. The property's physical address is considered a valid description. Leases must include starting and ending dates. Additionally, a lease must include the amount of rent that is due.
To be valid, a lease must meet the same essential elements as any other contract: capacity to contract, legal objectives, offer and acceptance, and consideration.
Broadly speaking, the lease will be enforceable against the party or parties who signed the lease, even if others did not. ... For example, sometimes a lease will provide that it is not valid unless it is signed by all named tenants, so that if only one tenant has signed the landlord may deny occupancy.
Essentially, if we're talking about the landlord being able to deliver possession to you a few days late will still have a valid, enforceable lease. ... If you and the landlord verbally agreed to a date, but the date on the lease is wrong, and you signed the lease, you are bound by the date signed.
Most standard leases will include basic information about the agreement, such as property address, dates, names of tenants, rent amount, security deposits, etc. However, the Devil is in the details. Most experienced landlords will tell you that the Devil is in the details.
Identify the property covered by the lease. ... List the parties to the agreement. ... Set the length of time the agreement will be in effect. ... Specify the rent to be paid and when it is due. ... State the amount of any deposits or fees. ... Describe the consequences of late payment.
A lease can be written or verbal, but a verbal lease can be very difficult to enforce. ... If you decide to write your own lease make sure you include a clause that states if any condition is not legal, that the rest of the lease is still in effect.
You don't have to hire an attorney to create your forms, but they should definitely be based on a sample Rental Agreement form that has been verified by a qualified legal professional. Also, make sure you factor in local laws in your area that may apply to you as a landlord.
It is a legally binding contract between the tenant and the landlord that details the rights and responsibilities of each party. ... A lease or rental agreement typically includes the cost of the rental, the amount of deposit required, when rent is due, whether pets are allowed, and other rules.
A lease is automatically void when it is against the law, such as a lease for an illegal purpose. In other circumstances, like fraud or duress, a lease can be declared void at the request of one party but not the other.
