At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. The software if very intuitive. No wasted time trying to figure out how to use the software.

Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it.
May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.

It is actually free helfpful without ads
It is actually free and I don't have to put in a card before, and there are no ads it feels illegal with all the other sites doing only 10% of what this one does and asks you to sign up for months

I needed it to quickly fill out some forms. Inserting text so it lines up with lines on the form is a little tricky, but other than that, pretty straightforward. Would definitely recommend!
