Frequent User Overall I have had a good experience with PDFfiller. I like the ease of use of this software. I can use existing forms or can in form that aren't in the database. It is a little pricey for something I only use periodically.

Some functions are not readily apparent but overall it is a great tool. I had difficulty when it auto-filled a date field that I wanted to leave blank. I struggled to clear it because the dropdown appeared every time I tried, and if I deleted the current date got restored by the dropdown. Then after I finally blanked the field it jumped to another and did the same thing. Once I got that cleared it would not let me go to the next page, insisting I populate another field intentionally left blank. I used the slider to jump forward and then approach the page I wanted from the other direction.

If you ever happen to chat with Support… If you ever happen to chat with Support for a technical issue --- Hope you get Paul. Paul worked with me for nearly and hour trying to figure out why my form got skewed. I shared out my screen with him -- he diligently and carefully figured out the problem and got it fixed. I wanted to merge multiple PDFs to… I wanted to merge multiple PDFs to make a unique Journal. but BOOK BOLT didn't have that feature, I was disappointed.. Then I was watching a YouTube video and it mentioned this PDF editor.. I have created my unique Journal and I am ready to sell it on Amazon... Thank you so much. This is a money making software. What do you like best? I like that I can edit text and pdfFiller will try and match the font closely, and I also find the Erase function very valuable. The entire tool is easy to use and makes my life much easier. What do you dislike? I have not found any downsides to using pdfFiller :) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use pdfFiller to easily edit resumes in PDF format. It saves me tons of time, because I don't have to request .DOC versions or try to painfully convert PDFs into an easier to deal with format.

Honesty and integrity are not something… Honesty and integrity are not something I align with online trial subscription. Most will hope you forget so they can charge you anyway. But PDFfilIer holds to a higher standard. I am NOT an employee forced to write a review. This for real just happened like 10 minutes ago. I signed up for a trial to complete a job for my employer. Forgot to cancel before the trial ended. I don't make much, so $96 was a hit I wasn't expecting or able to pay. Support had already approved and completed the refund and cancelation of my subscription before I had even finished explaining my situation to the rep in chat (Aiden). The email came from "Sarah from PDFfiller" explaining that it was taken care of while I was still chatting with the rep. I was expecting a battle. Now I expect to either sign up with PDFfiller when I have a more consistent need or get my boss to pay for the service. The platform was quick and easy to navigate. Based solely on this experience, I would recommend this platform if you are in need of creating these types of documents. The only thing I would change is that I couldn't find my payment options in my account info to see what card was used. Nor could I find an avenue to change my payment options.
