Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Select Invite settings to add CC recipients and set up the completion settings.
Click Send invite to send your document or Save invite to save it for future use.

How to easily Design Word and Share on-line

Go through this guideline to find out the best way to quickly Design Word and Share your forms with pdfFiller.

Open pdfFiller in any browser and log in to your account. Sign up for free, if you don’t have an account already.

Upload a file by clicking the Add New button. Use one of the supplied options to upload it to the platform.

Change page orientation and move them left or right according to your needs.

Start Microsoft Word. Type “sign” into the “Microsoft Online” option under “Templates.” Press the “Enter” key. Click on a sign template to preview it. Right-click an image on the sign and select “Change Picture” to change it. Select any sample text in a sign if you want to change it. Open a new, blank Word document.
Open your document and click the File tab. Click Info and then click Protect Document. From the Protect Document drop-down menu, click Add a Digital Signature. Select a Commitment Type, such as created and approved this document, and then click Sign.
Place the cursor in your Word document where you want to insert a signature. Click the Insert tab. Select Signature Line. A menu will appear. Fill out the required fields. Select OK.
