Using iPhone to complete apps and send out for signature.. Had some glitches.. Wasn't able to select or choose (full access or sign only option for recipients. The screen shut down too quickly each time and 'disappeared before I could actually select.

I found that access to and filling out of standard forms was very easy. I liked that editing and saving was also easy. Being able to log on and access your work from anywhere is a bonus

great customer service - sam great, easy to use, saves us a fortune on an extra phone line for a fax. Great customer service, I always use live chat and get answers and resolution within a few minutes. I have only had to use support 3 times in a year because the program is so user friendly.

Quick to respond to email. Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. Great online resource for signing and completing PDF files - I can send documents to people for review and signing directly from the website. - PDFfiller works with our Dropbox account so I can upload files directly from Dropbox. - The more advanced features of PDFfiller require a monthly subscription, though it isn't expensive considering all of the features that are included (custom branding, signature authentications, etc.).

Very Helpful Product This product has been very helpful when a document only comes in PDF Form and I need to fill it out on my computer. The layout is a bit confusing and the website is not easy to use. Sometimes the text of documents gets squished together.
