It would be much more efficient if multiple copies of the same form were filled automatically with the information entered on the original. Completing the documents should be quicker and simpler, no reason one has to play with font size and trying to pin point the location of the mouse to ensure proper destination in the field of entry on the form.

At first I did have problems figuring out how to use it. I don't see a "copy/paste" button and wish there was one. Overall, as I start to use it more and more I am liking it.

Great software for the money
Great software for the money. Has helped tremendously with our business needs. The only thing I would change is the LinktoFill. This gets confusing due to saving a file when you make updates to it and then you end up with having the two files. there should be an option to update exsiting file. Besides that, great program.

Coverting word & excel docs to pdf

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed.
I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature.
I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

What is my excise number?
An Excise Number is the identification number issued by the competent authority in respect of the person or premises. That means that an Excise Number identifies a Registered Trader, an Authorized Ware housekeeper or a Tax Warehouse within the excise community.
Can I Find My excise tax online?
You can pay your excise tax through our online payment system. You need to enter your last name and license plate number to find your bill.
How do I find out what my excise tax is?
The excise due is calculated by multiplying the value of the vehicle by the motor vehicle tax rate. The tax rate is fixed at $25 per one thousand dollars of value. The value of a vehicle is determined as a percentage of the manufacturer's suggested retail price for that vehicle based on the year of manufacture.
What happens if you don't pay your excise tax in Mass?
If an excise tax is not paid within 30 days from the assessor's mailing date: The collector will send a demand. The demand fee is $5. If payment is not made within 14 days of the demand, the collector will issue a warrant to collect, the charge for which is $10.
Do I owe excise tax in Massachusetts?
The excise rate is $25 per $1,000 of your vehicle's value. It is charged for a full calendar year and billed by the community where the vehicle is usually garaged. If your vehicle is registered in Massachusetts but garaged outside of Massachusetts, the Commissioner of Revenue will bill the excise.
Do you pay excise tax on a leased vehicle?
Leased cars are still subject to excise tax. However, whose obligation for payment is determined by any terms in the original leasing contract. If not addressed, the driver should inquire of the leasing company.
What is ECC registration number?
The ECC number is a registration number, issued to all the Central Excise Assesses. This Number is based on the principles of 'Common Business Identifier' which shall be used for revenue accounting, validation of documents (e.g. CEN VAT invoices), inter-agency coordination and for creation of data warehouse.
What is EMCS?
The Excise Movement and Control System (EMCS) is a computerized system for monitoring the movement of excise goods under duty suspension in the EU. It records, in real-time, the movement of alcohol, tobacco and energy products for which excise duties have still to be paid.
