Time is money in most professions and Real Estate is no exception. This program has saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation and has really simplified the real estate negotiation process. Some of the text sizes seemed to change when editing, and the positioning of the text didn't always seem to be consistent with existing and added text

Very easy to use. Have saved me so much time. Saves time by not having to re-type documents and I can just add in names on pre-typed forms. It has been instrumental for changing contracts and names on documents I think, if it isn't in place, a way to be able to use it on your mobile device. Most often, I'm on the go and things have to be changed or modified. This could be huge for a busy person like me.

EASY like 123 having being able to come to this website , find the court document i need , and fill it out all at the same time has been life changing for me lately. i am able to clearly see what's written, understand it more, and also once i'm done implementing my information i can print however many copies i need without leaving home. This makes it a breeze when trying to look for court documents that you need.

What do you like best? What I like best is that I can upload my documents. I then edit them as needed. I can print, save, and fax all from within the application. The system is user-friendly and easy to navigate. What do you dislike? I cannot pinpoint one thing that I dislike. I use this application regularly. It fits all my day-to-day needs, whether that is business or personal. The fee for business users could have a certain percentage off. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? There is a lot of signing documents in the business I work in. With this application, instead of printing the paper, singing it, scanning it back into the computer, then exporting it where it needs to go. I can sign via text and, from there, can ship where it needs to go.

What is the general excise tax (GET)? The GET is a privilege tax imposed on business activity in the State of Hawaii. The tax is imposed on the gross income received by the person engaging in the business activity. Your gross income is the total of all your business income before you deduct your business expenses.

From the Hawaii Tax Foundation: The Hawaii general excise tax is eligible for the state or local sales tax deduction for federal tax purposes on schedule A of form 1040. Remember that you can deduct only one — your state income taxes paid or your sale tax (in our case general excise tax) paid.
