PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. Time is money in most professions and Real Estate is no exception. This program has saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation and has really simplified the real estate negotiation process. No having to print documents in order to amend them has resulted in more legible contracts and more neatly applied changes. Love it!

Very easy to use. Have saved me so much time.
Saves time by not having to re-type documents and I can just add in names on pre-typed forms. It has been instrumental for changing contracts and names on documents
I think, if it isn't in place, a way to be able to use it on your mobile device. Most often, I'm on the go and things have to be changed or modified. This could be huge for a busy person like me.

having being able to come to this website , find the court document i need , and fill it out all at the same time has been life changing for me lately. i am able to clearly see what's written, understand it more, and also once i'm done implementing my information i can print however many copies i need without leaving home. This makes it a breeze when trying to look for court documents that you need.

What do you like best?
What I like best is that I can upload my documents. I then edit them as needed. I can print, save, and fax all from within the application. The system is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike?
I cannot pinpoint one thing that I dislike. I use this application regularly. It fits all my day-to-day needs, whether that is business or personal. The fee for business users could have a certain percentage off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a lot of signing documents in the business I work in. With this application, instead of printing the paper, singing it, scanning it back into the computer, then exporting it where it needs to go. I can sign via text and, from there, can ship where it needs to go.

Great app - really easy to use. Doesn't change the quality of the document. Probably won't pay for it long term - I would pay £1 or something everytime i wanted to use it though...
