Small business friendly
Filling out forms for business accounts and taxes looks very professional using this software.
I recommend trying this product out. PDF forms are easily filled out for a clean, professional appearance.
Just like using any new software, learning how it operates can be frustrating but with help and tutorials becomes easily used.

Spelling assistance
The spelling check assistance is not very effective. It is difficult to predict where the cursor must be placed for the correction suggestions to pop up.

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. The card reading company kept declining…
The card reading company kept declining every card I had even though they were all in good standing. Customer Service (online chat) tried several remedies. Still did not work. I needed to print the document I completed. Customer Service gave me a one time free print so I was not in a bind and will try again tomorrow from different computer to actually purchase the service!!Thank you!!
