I think your site is well designed and has substantial potential. But being unfamiliar with all the choices, my initial effort at using your site took a little longer that I had hoped it would. But that is a minor critique. i'll do more exploring at a later date.

I had somehow removed the date stamp from my digital signature and I could not figure out how to get it back on. Turns out it was a pretty simple fix (doh!). Kara responded super fast to my cry for help. She provided written instructions as well as a screenshot (very helpful!). My date stamp is back on. :)

What do you like best?
I can easily upload any type of form and start working immediately. Forms from the web, forms from vendors, Word documents, etc. I can also easily comvert to and from pdf as the form demands. Saving the document is a breeze and it is always the last form at the top when I log in again. It even reminds me if I have already started the same form again and gives me options.
What do you dislike?
The log-out is sometimes too quick, especially if I get interrupted on the phone. But even then, I just log back into the site and continue. Sometimes when I convert the file is in portrait or landscape, and it takes some time to change the orientation. However, once I got the hang of it, it went pretty quickly. I like the newer version better than what I used years ago.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can quickly complete forms for employment verification, DSS forms, unemployment forms, etc. I have yet to find a form I can't complete with pdfFiller. It speeds up my day and getting things accomplished as quickly as possible. It saves me, on average, 30+ minutes for each form. Thank you for making my life easier. I am always looking for things to help me help our company and pdfFiller is one such tool.

Where should a notary stamp be placed?
The notary must know and follow state notary laws. Usually the stamp or seal is placed near the notary signature. The stamp or seal should not interfere with reading anything on the document.
What is the correct way to notarize a document?
Step 1: Require Personal Appearance. Almost every state requires the signer to personally appear before you during the notarization. Step 2: Check Over The Document. Step 3: Carefully Identify The Signer. Step 4: Record Your Journal Entry. Step 5: Complete The Notarial Certificate. A Last Note: Never Give Advice.
Does a notary sign and stamp?
Some states prohibit their notaries public from notarizing documents with a signature stamp. However, the notary statutes in some states merely state that the notary shall sign and affix a notary seal to the certificate at the time of the execution of the notarization.
Can a notary notarize a document without their stamp?
All 50 states require public notaries to place their respective stamp on documents as a means to finalize and authenticate the service. Without this stamp, the document is not legally notarized. Placing the notary stamp over the signature may void the document, negating the notary's work.
How do you notarize with a stamp?
Place the printing surface of your stamp flat on the document — not at an angle. Hold your stamp with your thumb and fingers — not the palm of your hand. Quickly press and release.
Does a notary need an embosser?
Notary Stamp: Notary seal stamps are inked rubber stamps that imprint state required information usually the Notary Public's name, state of commission and date of commission expiration. Some states still require a raised embossed seal, but embossers are more commonly used in conjunction with the inked rubber stamp.
What county do you put when notarizing?
At the bottom of the document is the acknowledgment you will be notarizing. In this instance, you need to put the county you are in next to your acknowledgment as you the notary and the borrower are attesting to that fact as well.
Can a notary notarize in a different county?
The answer generally is no Notary commissions are not transferable between states. If you are relocating to another state, you need to resign your current commission and apply for a Notary commission in your new state.
