Pros:

Cons:
-Layout is not intuitive and hard to learn, even for the computer literate
-Limits merging to 5 PDFs
-Limits on file size (you can't work on large PDFs)
-Other minor inconveniences that slow workflow
I chose PDFfiller for my small company because for the same price as one user for Adobe's similar product, I can have 5 users for PDFfiller. It definitely has some limiting factors and can be frustrating but it's the best you can get for the price. Definitely worth the time to take the free trial and see how you like it.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! This is the only and best website I use for all my PDF files needs. The only thing that could be better is the cost of the monthly rate.
