Has many great tools, but a little difficult to navigate, not clear instructions. I am sure I am not utilizing half of the features, it is trial and effort, not all successes, but slowly figuring things out.

I love this app
I love this app, it makes sure to compensate for all the things which you would need to do for schoolwork. Personally though, I think it would make more sense to market it with ads rather than subscription. This is really useful for students who are homeschooled or aren't able to go to school and students usually don't have much in their pockets to pay for these kinds of things.

Great customer service support
Great customer service support. They have always been responsive on a timely manner when I need help. I use them to submit 1099 forms to the IRS. They even developed a 'fix' to their form so that I could submit a form for an employee that lives out of the country.

A fine program, useful, optimal, and perfect for what it's for.
Ease of use, its incredibly easy and fast for the task.
Could be cleaned up a bit. Lots of options that are a bit messy.

Great, however, could be improved with quicker selection of initialing or signing. Maybe a way of clicking at the point of initialing and pasting without having to select each time you have to initial as slow if having to do lots of initialing.

Why does InDesign fail to export to PDF?
Sometimes PDFs use fonts that aren't installed on your computer, and that can cause exporting issues. By saving your PDFs as . jpg files, you're flattening the fonts and removing that potential issue in InDesign. Simply 'Save As' your PDF into an image file, and drop that image file into your document.
