It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I eventually found it on the PDF Filler site but couldnt do anything with it. I then realized even though I thought I subscribed, I apparently did not. Easy to use Easy to useAllows the user to do things like make forms fillable very quickly. The size of the fields I added were slightly bigger than I would like, but this was not a major problem. Otherwise, I think it's intuitive and pretty easy. My needs are fairly simple, though - just making a workbook fill-able by students working online.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed. I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature. I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

I had some issues with my account and billing so I used their live chat and it took no more than 3 minutes for them to settle my issue and refund my money.
