This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. I have had several emergent documents sent to me in PDF-without PDF Filler I was having to print-complete form and either scan the document to my e-mail or fax to the appropriate recipients. PDF filer has saved me an astronomical amount of time :)
