I had my free trial with the company but found that it was not for me. The payment had been taken out of my account. I contacted the company and with in minutes I had a reply and my money was refunded to me. I am retired and do not use my computer to its full extent. I liked the clear simple explanations.and the fact that it stops you from clicking on anything until it has explained the basic functions of the key attributes. For some of us who think they can probably figure it out on our own the little speed bump and wake up call save a LOT of time.

Billing, invoices and subscription
Kara was excellent help in clarifying payment and free trial with me. Very friendly and helped solve the issue in seconds. Conclusion, the invoice can only be downloaded after the free trial has ended and subscription actively kicks in.

I like that it's easily to fill in pdfs and also create fillable pdfs.
I don't like that there aren't many support options available.

Works Perfectly!
I don't typically need a lot of editing, but what I do need this service does perfectly. No guessing about what you need to do like with some other apps, and although I do sort of enjoy the uncertainty of wondering whether things will actually edit or not pdfFiller has definitely helped me be more productive.
