Very user friendly! It is easy to use. Instructions are clear and the forms are easy to fill out accurately. I only use it once a year - at tax time, but using this program to fill out tax forms is quick and easy. I have not had any issues. I'm sure if a person uses it a lot there are bound to be some, but I use it once a year and it works fine for my uses.

I had to provide a Care Providers Log Sheet and there is no such thing for In-Home Care Providers. Long story short PDF Filler allows me to change and make one that I could use for MONTHLY.

Getting started was not good. After I got the form on the screen, it was not centered on the monitor and extremely slow to go to next lines. I can't seem to print the form now that I am finished. During my attempts to complete the form, a blank square appeared in the middle of the form. I could not erase the blank square, and it drastically blotted out data that was important. When I tried to get a replacement form, it was to no avail. I finally printed the form with the blank square in the center and filled it in with a typewriter. Based on that, I didn't try to use your system any longer. In general, I was quite disaplpointed with the results.

What do you like best? PDF is accessible and gives me the tools I need to edit, review and send docs. I like the ability to change my signature and erase as needed. What do you dislike? Sometimes erasing can be problematic, but nothing a little patience can't deal with. Would be nice to be able to erase large segments, sort of like making a large text box. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Basically getting and sending signatures. Saves quite a bit of time and of course, the wait for something to get thru the snail mail.

Invoice scanning is the process where supplier invoices in different formats are scanned in order to digitize and capture the invoice information. Companies can manage invoice scanning internally using a scanner and a data capture solution, or outsource invoice scanning to an external party.
Select Invoice. Go to the Design tab to edit the template name, logo, color, font, and margins. Go to the Content tab to customize the header, body, and footer of the invoice template. Click Done when finished.
To edit the invoice, you can either click the Edit Invoice button in the screenshot above, OR you can find it on the main Invoices page, click the drop-down arrow to the right and click Edit. You'll be able to edit any of the data you entered when creating the invoice.
Select Invoice. Go to the Design tab to edit the template name, logo, color, font, and margins. Go to the Content tab to customize the header, body, and footer of the invoice template. Click Done when finished.
Go to Invoices tab and open the invoice that you want to delete. In the following screen, click on More button at the top. Click on Delete Invoice form the drop-down.

Click the Gear icon. Under Your Company, click Custom Form Styles. To create a new template, click the New style button in the upper right-hand corner. Select Invoice. Go to the Design tab to edit the template name, logo, color, font, and margins.
On the left menu, click Sales. Go to the Products and Services tab. Select the item and click the Edit link under the Action column. Update the Income account associated to the item, either donations and tuition.

Click “Create Invoice,” click the “Template” drop-down menu and then select the name of the new template. Fill out the information for the invoice, and then click “Save & Close.” The next created invoice will use the new template as the default.
