My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. The form 1096 is not current in the video shown - it shows 2012 and the number 7 is different for 2016, so would like an explanation of what NEC means. Thought I could use this for 1099 and also 1096 but still need to use IRs forms to send them, so dissapointing. Wondering what I will use this service for - does it allow ALL pdf files that I receive to be opened and edited? If so, then useful. Otherwise, probably short lived for me.Thx

extremely convenient and fairly easy to use, but i need to find time to sit down and learn more features other than just filling out forms and signing them. I think the vvalue of a yearly subscription is very good.

Naming of documents is not useful when trying to locate them at a later time. I have numerous Acord 25 forms for different entities and have to open each one to find the one I need.

Amazing software
Amazing software, Unreal flexibility for the price. Only thing I would change is possibly the phone numbers as we are not all in US. All in all, saves hours a week.

I like the ease of use. Needing to make a document fillable is so frustrating to try and figure out any other way than using this program, PDF Filler!

This is the best editing platform I've ever used. It is user friendly and definitely gets the job done right. It definitely saved my day, I don't have to print out pages anymore.

Pre Employment Applicaiton
I work in HR and needed help with setting up an application to generate the same information such as name, DOB, etc on all pages to save time. Rep Kara was amazing! She was able to use my application and turn it into a pre-fillable form. Kara also provided me instructions on how to set up what I needed.

I started using PDFfiller 2013
I started using PDFfiller in 2013. Recently, my company started providing a program that was free to me. I canceled my subscription thinking to save some money. It only took 4days to realize I wanted PDFfiller back! This program is so simple and straightforward. I have shared this program with many over the years and they always come back thrilled with it. Lawyers, accountants, I am in real estate and always dealing with leases, riders, applications etc. It is worth the $$!
