Needed some Quick 1099's - PDF Filler Came to the Rescue
Good product for what it is designed for.
Downloaded this in a pinch when I need to get a vendor a 1099 last minute. Couldn't find anything that would allow me to do this on the IRS website and PDF Filler allowed to complete one in a matter of minutes. Definite a lifesaver and helped me save a relationship with a vendor.
Automatic renewal snuck up on me. I didn't mind paying for it the first year, but this year I didn't need it.

This is only used once in awhile.
Being able to take a PDF and change it to Word document. Being able to add comments to a PDF is easy as well.
This needs easier user instructions so use can make the changes needed. It can difficult to find the processes.

I enjoy the feature that it has similar to PowerPoint. It helps you align your entries so that they look neat and comfortable for the viewer to read. The entries are convenient as I do not have to rely on drawing a text box. I would definitely recommend it to new users as well, as I am on myself. It Gives you a chance to try before you buy and has tools to help with almost all your legal questions and concerns!

I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.

How can personality rights be extended?
The right of publicity shares characteristics of a property right and as such is transferable to the person's heirs after their death. The Celebrities Right Act was passed in California in 1985, and it extended the personality rights for a celebrity to 70 years after their death.
What are likeness rights?
Likeness Rights: In addition to using a copyrighted work, you can be also be sued for using someone else's name, likeness, or personal attributes without permission (most often when used commercially). The right of publicity is essentially the right to control the commercial use of your identity and image.

Can you copyright your likeness?
