Good utility but service was even better
I used this a couple of times. It was good, but other than that specific task I had no use of it, I let the trial run out and a week after I was charged and they were gracious enough to give me a refund and cancel the subscription with no fuss. Greatly appreciated.

Great Product And Support
I have used pdFiller for several years and loved the product. It is a great product and great value as well. I only had to deal with customer support once and had a 10+ experience. Sally was terrific. I would recommend this product to anyone who deals with a lot PDF files. And the customer service is #1.

It would be beneficial to be able to download or email document prior to signing so that it can be shared with attorneys or anyone else that will assist with reviewing the document prior to signing.

pdfFiller has been amazing since I had to start working from home. It has allowed me to send in forms that I would normally have to print out write on and scan then email them back. This has cut down the middle man as well as saving me from getting a printer scanner and paper. It is time, cost and environmentally friendly.

Do I pay stamp duty on a lease extension?
Stamp duty applies to lease extensions in the same way as any other home purchase. However, this is unlikely to affect most flats, as you don't have to pay anything if the extension price is £125,000 or less. If it's more, use our Stamp Duty Calculator to see how much you'll pay.

Stamp Duty Land Tax (SALT) is payable on lease extensions provided that the premium is greater than £40,000 and the annual ground rent is less than £1,000 per annum.
