I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. just started using the product and it works very well. The only thing is that I will use it for the forms I need to fill out and then will cancel since I won't need to use the product after 30 days. You should have a one time fee.

Getting to put 3 people on the account has been great. All of the features are exactly what I needed, and the editor is easy to use. I was a little wary if it would be worth the money, but I'm very happy with my purchase.

What do you like best?
The best features are (1) the ability to easily import and that it converts with accuracy and (2) the ability to manipulate doc - more specifically merge, edit, copy, etc.
What do you dislike?
The only feature that does not seem intuitive at times is the folder structure and how the files are organized. When editing a doc it will always move a doc to the top because it is the most recently viewed or edited doc - but this sometimes makes it confusing. Similar to Outlook, it would be nice to have easier drag and drop feature for organizing the docs.

This is a quick out of the box product, overall very intuitive and easy to use.

It's good
At first it can be a little overwhelming with all the options but once you get the hang of it is pretty essay. I really like that it saves all your files too, just in case.

Great For PDF
Easy access for my customer to fill out any paperwork.
Enjoy using this software because I can type my invoices as word and then save them as PDF, and nobody can modify them. w
As of now I really enjoy this software everything looks very neat when either im emailing any document or receiving.

i have had a great experience so far
it is much easier to file medical claim forms than having to buy that specific software
i like how easy it is to import documents. I also like the ease of sharing, printing and storing documents
Really the only thing i do not particularly care for is the difficulty adding the individual box for editable fields
