so far ease of use seams to be the direction this system is built on. I would love to see more controls to authorized users and an auto save feature from original templates after and before fill. over all I love how going paperless is very easy to use

The go-to for creating useful PDF files
This software has become a go to for pretty much every PDF file I have to create. I have used it to create forms that our midsize business uses on a daily basis. I find it to be very user friendly and a quick and easy way to get what you need. It has positively affected our costs of printing and paper, and it's good not only for our budget but for the environment too!
Customer service is not the fastest and sometimes I have a question that needs to be resolved that day. I read online that it depends on the plan you have purchased and I don't think that is the best way to treat your customers.

Does transcript expire?
Remember, these are permanent records; they never expire. Make copies of any transcripts that you receive from a former school. Call your former school's main office or visit to request copies of your high school transcript.
Do electronic transcripts expire?
An e-Transcript is a digitally signed PDF sent on behalf of Brown University through the National Student Clearinghouse's secure server. ... Retrieved e-transcripts will expire 30 days after they are processed if not opened by the recipient. Effective April 26, 2016, once opened the document itself does not expire.

How long does a transcript last?
How long does it take to process my transcript request? If you are requesting your transcript to be mailed, the normal delivery method is through first class mail. Transcripts are produced one to three days after your order is received. Allow another five to seven days for delivery via the United States Postal Service.
How long do electronic transcripts take?
It depends on how far your school is from your prospective institution and how they are able to receive it. If the school accepts electronic transcripts, it may take 24 to 48 hours. If a hard copy is required, it can take a few days to be received. If the schools are on each coast, it could take over a week.
How long does parchment take to send transcripts electronically?
U.S. Mail typically requires up to seven business days for delivery. We will resend the transcript one time free of charge if a reasonable amount of time has passed. Please remember that institutions can take 4-6 weeks to process incoming transcripts and make the necessary entries in their computer systems.

Generally, science courses “expire” after 5 years, but I am surprised that the General Ed classes are not valid. Also, most colleges and universities will only accept ~ 40-50 credits from another institution toward an undergrad degree.
