I had somehow removed the date stamp from my digital signature and I could not figure out how to get it back on. Turns out it was a pretty simple fix (doh!). Kara responded super fast to my cry for help. She provided written instructions as well as a screenshot (very helpful!). My date stamp is back on. :)

I had some issues with my account and billing so I used their live chat and it took no more than 3 minutes for them to settle my issue and refund my money. I had a misunderstanding with PDFfiller . . . thought that I had cancelled my subscription immediately after discovering that it didn’t fit my needs, but something went wrong, & I was charged for a one year subscription at the end of a 30 day trial period (didn’t realize that I was in it). When I went to the Customer Assistance website & explained the problem, PDFfiller immediately refunded the amount charged. Honorable people!
