I think, if it isn't in place, a way to be able to use it on your mobile device. Most often, I'm on the go and things have to be changed or modified. This could be huge for a busy person like me.

Can you fill out an 9 electronically?
It is possible for new hires to complete an I-9 form electronically. Actually, it is the preferred method for this critical new hire form. Employers do not ask job candidates to fill out this form as part of the application process to avoid discrimination in hiring.
