It's very easy to log on away from your desk to edit and send a document for a signature. This PDFfiller tool for online use is very useful since most PDF editors are paid and not all people can pay for such software. It also allows you to upload the documents you have in your Google Drive account, Dropbox and other tools
I do not find you disadvantaged, because you are covering the need of users who can not afford desktop software, to edit a PDF document

VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. I had to fill out a form
I had to fill out a form, sign it electronically and e-mail it. At first, the form came up as a print copy. I was unable to fill it in online. Thanks to pdfFiller.com I was able to accomplish what I had to.

How much does HUD pay for rent?
In most circumstances, your rent will be 30 percent of your monthly adjusted income. HUD covers the other 70 percent. The amount of rental assistance you qualify for is calculated by dividing your AGI by 12 and then multiplying it by 30 percent. The result of which is called the total tenant payment.
What is the maximum rent Section 8 will pay?
The local Housing Authority will determine their payment standard or the maximum amount they are willing to pay for each number of bedrooms. This payment standard will be between 90 and 110 percent of the Fair Market Rent.
What is the most Section 8 will pay?
Under the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program, most tenants will pay 30% of their monthly income. The Public Housing Authority that issued and approved the voucher will pay the landlord the remainder of the rent and utility costs.
How does Section 8 calculate your rent?
The maximum amount BHA will pay toward rent is calculated by subtracting 30% of the household's monthly adjusted income from the payment standard. If the unit rents for less than the payment standard, the household will still pay 30% of its monthly adjusted income.
What income qualifies for HUD?
Income limits are created for families containing anywhere from one individual to eight individuals. Extremely low-income for a family of one may be $15,000 a year, but for a family of eight, $30,000 a year may be an extremely low-income level.
How does HUD calculate income?
HUD calculates a median family income for each metropolitan area and each nonmetropolitan county throughout the country. We use American Community Survey data as the basis for our calculation. One of the most well-known programs that uses HUD's income limits is the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIH TC) Program.
What is HUD income?
Count only earned income up to a maximum of $480 per year for full-time students, age 18 or older, who are not the head of the family or spouse or co-head. If the income is less than $480 annually, count all the income. If the annual income exceeds $480, count $480 and exclude the amount that exceeds $480.
What is considered income for HUD housing?
(1) The full amount, before any payroll deductions, of wages and salaries, overtime pay, commissions, fees, tips and bonuses, and other compensation for personal services. (2) The net income from the operation of a business or profession.
