What do you like best?
The best features are (1) the ability to easily import and that it converts with accuracy and (2) the ability to manipulate doc - more specifically merge, edit, copy, etc.
What do you dislike?
The only feature that does not seem intuitive at times is the folder structure and how the files are organized. When editing a doc it will always move a doc to the top because it is the most recently viewed or edited doc - but this sometimes makes it confusing. Similar to Outlook, it would be nice to have easier drag and drop feature for organizing the docs.

My overall experience with this app has been excellent!
So far it has been awesome! Easy to use, many options, and easy to work layout. This app does everything it promises.
I can not think of any drawbacks to this app I have not had any complications or complaints so far and I have been using for a while and quite often.

Was able to use site, but site is not mobile-friendly
I tried using this site on my mobile phone and would recommend only using a PC; the site is not mobile friendly. Otherwise after some effort I was able to upload, electronically sign, and send a PDF document.

Would be great if it could integrate with your pdf documents without having to go to the website. maybe a feature where you can join or delete parts of the pdf without having to upload it to the website every time.

I had an issue with accessing a form…
I had an issue with accessing a form shared by a colleague. I wrote to the support team and received their response very swiftly. Ny experience was good but I only have a need for the form I used maybe once a year. So I will probably be canceling my month to month once I am sure the form I needed has been accepted. It would be nice if you had an option for a subscription that was based on usage rather than on time. I might then sign up for a longer term commitment if I wasn't being charged every month but rather on my usage. My experience with your product was that actually filling out the form was user friendly but it was a form that had a continuation sheet and figuring out how to use several continuation sheets was not intuitive and I ended up filling out several different form continuation sheet pages and then had to combine all those multiple forms into one document in order to get what I needed for submission to the court.

Accidentally subscribed for an annual subscription so was shocked to see $118 come out of my account. I got in touch with the customer support team and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They refunded the money and cancelled my subscription immediately. 5* customer service - well done PDFFiller!
