Difficult to naviagte
Frustrating... but it may work better on a computer rather than an ipad.
I like that you can create password protected files and templates to sign if there's is sensitive information needing to be shared.
The overall function seem to be helpful, but difficult to use on an ipad for sure! I found it difficult to attempt to build a template as you cannot move the fields you create once you place them. It can make for a sloppy look in your template.

I tried the software and then cancelled…
I tried the software and then cancelled it. For me it was too challenging to use. However they still charged my account for a year up front. I didn't authorize that. I called and requested a refund and they gave one right away, so they said. It was just today I requested a refund so I will check my account in a few days to see if they actually sent it. If you don't see a complaint from me here on Trust Pilot then PDFFiller honored my request. My name is MarioV.

Great Customer service. I didn't need the subscription and thought I had cancelled but it turns out I was charged. I contacted them about it and received an immediate response and was refunded the money.

To Find and Replace Text in A PDF in OneDrive and import documents to your account, click Add New on the DOCS page. Choose OneDrive.
If you’re not signed in, click Connect to OneDrive.
Select the documents you want to upload to pdfFiller and click Upload Selected.

How do you edit and replace text in a PDF?
Upload PDF document to replace text online.
Search the content you will replace in PDF document.
Then enter the text you want to replace.
After entering the text press Replace button.
Press “Download” button to export when the process is done.
How do you remove text from a PDF document?
Open the PDF: Click on the “Open PDF” button, select the PDF file and click “Open”.
Select the Page Contains the Sensitive Text: Move the mouse onto the page list, and click on the page which contains the sensitive text you want to delete.

How do you change a PDF, so you can copy text?
Open the PDF document in Reader. Right-click the document, and choose Select Tool from the pop-up menu.
