2 things I would like to see changed. The original custom color selector was better than the these presets that are available now. The other is the sizes of the font jump by twos, an input to put in a custom font size would be great

I wish I didn't have to pay. I would have found another free site, like going to SSI site, but I had already filled in all the blanks and it was so time consuming that it wasn't worth the effort. I will cancel as soon as I get the bill.

It's great to be able to fill out any pdf online. It looks so much more professional. I find the site to be very intuitive and self-explanatory. I've been able to figure out everything I needed just by doing it. I wish the subscription wasn't so expensive though because I don't feel I can afford it. The free trial is a great introduction.

What do you like best?
pdfFiller has enabled us to go paperless thanks to its editing and pre-fill capacity. It also helps us in not printing the PDF file when soft files can be edited with pdfFiller.
What do you dislike?
A new signature template would be appreciated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
pdfFiller is mostly used for editing PDF documents, signing important contracts, emails, training PDF files, filling up Tax PDF files, employment agreement without having to print it.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

A signed quit claim deed overrides a will, because the property covered by the deed is not part of the estate at your mother's death.
Can a quit claim deed be revoked?
In most cases, the quit claim deed is not something that can be revoked because the final documentation is both legal and binding. However, there are some cases in which the form can be revoked if it can be proven that you signed due to fraudulent causes. One of these just causes for revocation is undue influence.

Can a quick claim deed be revoked?
The deed, once recorded, can not be rescinded or revoked by the granter (person who gives/donates the property). If you are the sole grantee of the property, it is yours to do with as you wish, unless your father retained some form of interest such as a life estate in the property.
Why would someone do a quit claim deed?
Quitclaim deeds are most often used to transfer property between family members. Examples include when an owner gets married and wants to add a spouse's name to the title or deed, or when the owners divorce and one spouse's name is removed from the title or deed.
How long does a quit claim deed last?
In most states, there is a period of two years following the deed's filing date during which the quitclaim deed can be contested. If either the granter or grantee wants to challenge the validity of the quitclaim deed, the challenge must be made during this time period.
What happens after a quit claim deed is recorded?
Usually, a Quitclaim Deed is sent to the Grantee after it has been recorded. Yes, after the Granter signs the Quitclaim Deed, it must be signed and stamped by a notary public to verify that the Granter's signature is authentic before it can be filed with the County Clerk's Office.
How long does it take for a quit claim deed to be recorded?
This is called recording your deed. When done properly, a deed is recorded anywhere from two weeks to three months after closing. However, there are many instances where deeds are not properly recorded. Title agents commit errors, lose deeds, and even go out of business.
