I love this program, it is very helpful. However, I would like to see more PDF editing tools available, so I can do things visually, such as cropping, re-sizing, etc...

I had some initial problems (undoing things and a pop-up overtime I used text boxes). Customer support representative Ellie guided me through it and was able to resolve most of my problems. I still wish I could use the text boxes without the pop-up though. I believe at this time it is not possible.

I used it now for 2 forms. I like that It does everything for me..saves the document, converts to another format if I need it and easy to email out or print.

When I had a deadline to meet and needed to get a series of pdf documents ready ASAP, I was able to use the template feature to save certain information to all docs at once and just fill in the info that differed. This allowed me to meet my deadline and send each completed form with password protection so the client knew I took his privacy seriously. Thank you, PDF Filler, for providing this great platform!

How simple it is to use. I can sign on anywhere and make edits to pdf's. I can also convert documents. I've been using pdf filler for almost 3 years now and absolutely love it! Just renewed my subscription for year 4!

No complaints. Even on the rare occasion where the system crashes, the pdf filler team sends you an email to let you know they're working on correcting the problem. It's usually fixed within minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think about it twice, use it!

Excellent Software and a great price
Very good and have used it for years.
PDF filler works so well and make it so easy to fill out forms online. It works and the price is very reasonable. I use this for all of my documents as it saves me time.
I can't think of a negative with the software, it always works and has a range of features which are constantly getting better.

PDF Filler - what a great tool
I love the convenience of being able to access and fill out forms from any device or computer. I also like the fact that I can save the forms I create and use them again in the future. Very easy to find and insert the form fields that I need. It is also very user-friendly, and it makes creating forms so much easier. I like that I don't have to download anything and it is all online. I can access my account anywhere, anytime. The customer service is also excellent. I highly recommend it.

How do you invalidate a lease?
For example, if a person leases premises for the stated purpose of using the building as a place to make illegal drugs, the agreement is void and unenforceable. Also, if the law doesn't consider a person competent to enter into a contract, the lease is void.

Can you get out of a lease due to mental illness?

What can make a lease invalid?
The Statute of Frauds in California requires that a lease for more than a year must be in writing. How can I break my apartment lease without penalty?
Look for loopholes in your lease agreement. Check the laws in your state. Prove to your landlord that the situation is out of your control. Figure out if your landlord could earn more by letting you leave. Make it clear that a lease break would improve the leasing schedule. Lay out the alternatives. Claim illegal entry.
