This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. I found it a bit difficult to navigate text changes and then the printed format is not the correct size needed for the IRS. I had to spend time reopening on desktop to make changes and print.

I enjoy the simplicity but am annoyed that you can't use certain features without paying a higher price. $80/year is pretty high for a basic subscription.

It saved lots of time and energy trying to fiddle with other PDF apps. This one is great! Not only can I download my document and edit it, but what's cool is I can share and send my documents to anyone at any time in a quick and easy manner. It is so convenient!

I accidently was charged after trying…
I accidently was charged after trying this for completing a teacher application and not finding it as user-friendly as I thought for myself. I had a snip of cancelling, so after a few emails I was able to get a full refund. Very responsive!
