Good site/product. The only thing that bothers me is that is seems like when you email from the application (rather than save to your computer and forward) it seemingly wants the recipient to "buy" PDFfiller in order to print or use the pdf. I might have this wrong based on a hurried initial exchange.

The ability to create drop down boxes. Easy to make changes.

Unable to copy and paste drop down boxes, and would prefer that the drop down menu goes away after making a selection.

It's good to know that you can use something like this to fill out your documents. You can add and fill out any document you want.
It can be confusing when you are using it. We are using ours online and sometimes you have to wait to do what you want. I have a feeling that it can be faster.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named Sam and within 5 minutes, Sam had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, Sam fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. Great customer support!

Great Product
Great Product. For years I've sought out a decent option for filling forms and signing them, as an enduser, not a provider of the document. This was very easy to do. I needed my husband's signature on it and the fact that I was able to send him a notification and had him sign from his phone REALLY made my day. AWESOME!!!
